Another large scale release from LEGO Technic this August, LEGO Mercedes Benz G500 Professional Line comes with nearly 3,000 pieces (price per brick of 9c / 8p) and will definitely have a strong appeal albeit to a niche audience most likely. Mercedes Benz fans will love this detailed model to commemorate the 45th anniversary of this Mercedes Benz off-roader. Whether it makes a great investment time will tell, but for now it is definitely one we intend to keep an eye on going forward, as the Niche interest could lead to it becoming a decent investment in time.

Conclusion
A stunning LEGO Technic Mercedes Benz model of the G500 off roader, LEGO 42177 is one we will be keeping an eye on but aren’t expecting this to be a long-term investment unless there are some clear indicators during its time at retail sale. For the time being this is definitely just a set to buy to build and display, and can be bought for its RRP from LEGO now.
