Conclusion
The theme is reliable and the general sets do quite well within this, previous Hogwarts Castle models that have retired have also done well. In addition to this, the LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle and Grounds set has a very low price per piece which all make it a decent consideration for investment.
Our biggest concern comes from how many different Hogwarts Castle sets have now been released and the dampening effect this supply will have on future demand for the individual sets. With plenty of shelf time left this is another set we would happily buy and build but are reticent to invest in with nearly 2 years until likely retirement, unless there are discounts like the current ones on Amazon UK.
