Conclusion
At RRP, this would be a borderline pick for us, a decent chance of single digit, maybe 10% growth a year but with a relatively limited upside at the price point. However, the nearly 50% discount and short time to retirement is enough to tip this into an investment for us, but only at the discounted price!
