Investment Potential
LEGO 76413 is a great looking set from the Harry Potter Theme with 587 pieces and a reasonable price per brick of 9c, which looks even better when you consider the set also includes 5 minifigures
which themselves have a value currently of $20 (40% of the sets overall value) which start to make it look very decent value. The set was only launched last year but is expected to retire at the end of this year after a relatively short shelf life.
