Kamino Training Facility (Set 40765)
Available from 1–5 May 2025 (while supplies last), the Kamino Training Facility is one of this year’s exclusive GWPs. This 190-piece Star Wars scene comes free when you spend 160€ / $160 / £145 or more on LEGO Star Wars products. It features a sleek, white clone training room inspired by Attack of the Clones, complete with a rotating blaster turret, weapon rack, and KE-8 Enforcer training pod. Best of all, it includes three all-new Clone Cadet minifigures—their debut in LEGO form—making it a must-have for collectors and fans alike.
Millennium Falcon Mini-Build (Set 30708)
Fans of LEGO Star Wars can score a fun-sized bonus with the Millennium Falcon Mini-Build polybag (set 30708). This 74-piece model captures the iconic features of the legendary starship—including its signature mandibles, sensor dish, and rear thrusters—in a compact, collectible format. Available as a free gift with any LEGO Star Wars purchase of £35 / $40 / €40 or more between 1–5 May 2025 (while stocks last, excludes pre-orders), this micro-build offers a budget-friendly way to celebrate May the 4th. It’s a perfect pocket display piece—and a great complement to the larger sets launching over the same weekend.
LEGO Star Wars Chopper (C1-10P) Astromech Droid (75416)
Why the LEGO C1-10P Astromech Droid Is a Must-Have for Star Wars Fans and LEGO Collectors in 2025
The LEGO Star Wars Chopper (C1-10P) Astromech Droid (75416) is a 1,039-piece model designed for builders aged 10+, standing at a display-worthy 22 cm (8.5 in.) tall. LEGO has captured Chopper’s personality with a range of interactive features that go beyond static display:
-
Rotate his head using a rear lever—mimicking his famously expressive movements
-
Poseable arms and legs, including a fold-out chest tool
-
Detachable arms and center wheel to display Chopper in his compact, retracted configuration
The set also includes a standard-sized Chopper LEGO minifigure, which fits on the display stand alongside an information plaque, making this a fantastic build-and-display piece.
LEGO 75416 follows in the footsteps of previous large-scale character builds like R2-D2 (75379) and C-3PO (75398). All three droids share similar design goals: high visual accuracy, functional display features, and strong collector appeal. LEGO Star Wars Chopper C1-10P Astromech Droid (75416) comes in at an RRP of £94.99 / $99.99 / €99.99, making it a fantastic value for display-focused collectors or anyone who fell in love with the astromech’s antics in Rebels and Ahsoka.
LEGO Star Wars Theme Analysis
As most of Investabrick’s regular readers will know, Star Wars is one of our favourite LEGO investment themes. It has a track record of over 25 years and nearly 1,000 sets delivery average annualised growth of 11% from the retired LEGO.
There are few comparable sets from the retired Star Wars LEGO, the 2 obvious comparators to use are both still available at retail sale. That said, we have got some insight into how we expect both LEGO Star Wars R2D2 (75379) and LEGO C3PO (75398).
Having looked at current sales volumes and discount levels, as well as the underlying theme performance, here at Investabrick, we currently project LEGO 75398 to be valued at approx. $250 after 5 years (80% appreciation) and LEGO 75379 to be valued at just above $180 (85% appreciation). Until we see how it performs at retail sale, we would expect similar, if maybe slightly lower numbers for LEGO 75416.
Final Thoughts: Add a Little Chaos to Your Collection
LEGO continues to celebrate Star Wars Day in style, and Chopper is a brilliant addition to the growing lineup of detailed buildable droids. Whether you’re adding to your LEGO Star Wars portfolio or collection or just want a fun, expressive build, LEGO Star Wars Chopper C1-10P brings both value and character to your collection.
Don’t miss your chance to grab this set—and qualify for those May the 4th GWPs—by heading to LEGO.com from May 1st (Insiders) or May 4th (general release). This is one droid you will be looking for.
