LEGO® Jungle Bridge Rescue 41036, released in June 2014, is part of the Friends theme and the Jungle Rescue subtheme. This set includes 365 pieces and features two minifigures: Matthew, wearing a tan shirt and dark blue trousers, and Mia, wearing a medium azure shirt, sand green skirt, and veterinarian's outfit. The set also includes a baby bear in need of rescue. The set allows you to help rescue the baby bear from a rickety old rope bridge using Mia's helicopter and Matthew's offroader. The helicopter features a moving rotor, opening cockpit window, lever, winch, and rope, while the offroader has rolling wheels. Accessories include a stretcher, medic bag, syringe, disinfectant, walkie-talkies, communications headset, frog, fish, berries, and two precious gems. The set also features two rocky cliffs with stairs and caves, as well as a flexible vine for the LEGO® Friends to grab onto and move about the cliffs. The helicopter measures over 3” (8cm) high, 4” (12cm) long, and 1” (3cm) wide, while the offroader measures over 1” (5cm) high, 4” (11cm) long, and 1” (5cm) wide. The cliffs and rope bridge measure over 3” (9cm) high, 7” (19cm) wide, and 2” (6cm) deep. This set can be combined with all the other LEGO® Friends jungle sets for more animal rescue adventures. LEGO 41036 is a great addition to any LEGO collection, providing hours of imaginative play and storytelling opportunities for fans of the Friends theme.
