LEGO® Shipwreck Hideout 6253, released in December 2008, is a thrilling addition to the Pirates theme. With 310 pieces and 6 minifigures, including pirates, soldiers, and a skeleton, this set offers endless opportunities for imaginative play. The shipwreck hideout features a swinging bridge, slashing sword, firing cannon, and secret skull-launcher, providing plenty of action and adventure for builders and fans of the Pirates subtheme. The pirate king's ship may have run aground on a tropical island years ago, but the wreck has now become the pirates' secret hideout. The soldiers are on a mission to capture the pirates and reclaim the treasure, but they'll have to navigate past the lookout and brave the hideout's hidden traps. With a cannon that really fires, a bridge that flips over, and other exciting features, LEGO 6253 promises tons of pirate role-playing action. The hideout itself measures over 15" (38cm) long and 9" (22cm) tall, making it a substantial and engaging addition to any LEGO collection.
