The LEGO® SPLITTER Beast vs. FURNO & EVO 44021 set was released in January 2014 as part of the HERO Factory theme's Invasion From Below subtheme. This set includes 108 pieces and features two minifigures: Evo with Datapad and Furno in Pearl Dark Gray Armor with a Bright Light Blue Head. The SPLITTER Beast is a titanic two-headed creature that guards the biggest crevice in Antropolis City, where evil creatures are hiding. The set comes equipped with a laser lasso for Evo and Furno to distract the beast with their fire sword and gun, tie its legs together, and bring it down. However, heroes must beware, as the beast can suddenly split in two, causing double danger to them and the civilians. The set also includes a lamppost and features a split function, snapping mouth, plasma claw, and translucent elements. LEGO 44021 allows builders to capture the beast with Furno and Evo’s laser lasso, use Furno’s fire sword and Evo’s gun to defeat the SPLITTER Beast, and call for backup on the com device. The set also enables builders to divide the double-headed SPLITTER Beast into two creatures, grab the mini robots in the huge jaws, and uproot the lamppost with the powerful plasma claw. Additionally, builders can combine this set with 44016 JAW Beast and 44020 FLYER Beast to create an even bigger beast using building instructions available at LEGO.com/herofactory. The SPLITTER Beast stands over 8” (21cm) tall, providing an exciting and challenging building experience for LEGO enthusiasts.
