In July 2009, LEGO® released the "Wind Turbine Transport 7747" set as part of the City theme and General subtheme. This set includes 444 pieces and 2 minifigures: a man in blue overalls over a shirt, blue legs, black cap, and glasses, and another man in blue and white striped overalls, a red cap, and a goatee beard. The set allows you to transport and build a spinning wind turbine, bringing wind power to LEGO City. The truck's trailer can carry the wind turbine's blades and motor, and it can be extended to transport the entire tower to the building site. An escort vehicle is also included to guide you through traffic. Once assembled, the wind turbine measures 13" (33cm) tall, and the truck and trailer measure 16.5" (42cm) long. LEGO 7747 is a great addition to any LEGO City collection, allowing enthusiasts to transport and build a spinning wind turbine. The set includes an extendable truck that fits the wind turbine parts, as well as 2 minifigures and an escort car. With its 444 pieces, this set offers a fun and engaging building experience for LEGO fans.

After retiring in January 2010, the LEGO Set 7747, which was available for 17 months, is currently valued at $141 for a new, sealed piece. This reflects a 135% growth from its original retail price $60, translating to 6.4% growth per year. The set comprises 444 pieces. Additionally, it includes 2, all unique to this set minifigures, such as [list minifigure setnames].
