With nearly 5700 pieces for an RRP of £299.99, that equates to a very low 5p per brick, which is even lower when you consider that the set comes with 19 unique minifigures which have a current vale of approximately £100. The pick of the NINJAGO minifigures being Urban Jay and Misako.

LEGO NINJAGO City gardens is a set we’ve been keeping an eye on for a while and with sings of a retirement this year it is even more in focus as one to look to add to your collection.

A strong theme with double digit annualised growth, a low price per brick at just 5p, 19 unique minifigures which account for a 1/3 of the sets RRP (£100), decent demand and very little price discounting, LEGO 71741 is definitely a set to buy this year.
