21338 LEGO Ideas A-Frame Cabin | Could this new LEGO Ideas set be one build and also one to tuck in your investment portfolio? Part of the LEGO Ideas series, set 21338; A Frame Cabin is based on a design by Andrea Lattanzio. Suitable for age 18+, it is a great set for anyone who loves the rural lifestyle and the beauty of nature.

For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy city, a new life in the countryside may seem like an inviting proposition, with many people now embracing their own self build or more sustainable property. When imagining a cosy rural retreat, the A Frame Cabin might spring to mind. Typically, the cabin’s walls are constructed using solid wood planks, with a sloping roof to form the ‘A’ shape. If you think that taking a leap into buying or building your own LEGO A-Frame Cabin might be a step too far, maybe think about investing in the LEGO version first!

Investment Potential

A stunning 2,000+ piece set with 4 unique minifigures and 11 animal figures, this is sure to be a popular LEGO Ideas set for builders, collectors and investors. Part of the LEGO Ideas theme, this

makes estimating post-retirement values harder as it is quite a diverse theme and the A Frame cabin doesn’t sit within a specific sub theme. We have looked at both the theme but also at some comparable LEGO sets in other themes that we think give us a decent indication that this will continue to be a popular set post-retirement and see decent value appreciation.

Conclusion

A simply stunning LEGO Ideas set that for us is definitely a must build, but one of the new LEGO sets we think will be a good investment in the longer term. The limited availability mean that discounts are going to be hard to come by and we wouldn’t let this put you off purchasing it at full RRP, not something we say that often but definitely applies to this stunning build, that has plenty of longer-term investment appeal.
